Victor Valley Community College (VVCC) has selected campusM, Ex Libris’ mobile app and web portal solution, as their chosen platform for enhancing student engagement and success. The decision was based on several factors that singled out campusM as the right solution for the college.
One of the key considerations in VVCC’s selection was campusM’s combination of a rich feature set, a user-friendly interface and a cohesive experience across devices.
Efficiently managing events and attendance was a pressing need for VVCC, one that campusM will help them meet. In adopting campusM Attendance, the college will gain the ability to record “positive attendance,” which is tied to state and federal funding. campusM Attendance provides a more streamlined and accurate method of capturing attendance information, helping VVCC maximize the attendance-based funding they receive.
Boosting student engagement through the establishment of a mobile app presence was also significant factors for VVCC. The college plans on using the mobile app empower to students with easy access to essential services, campus news, event updates and more.
