In 2020, the Linda Hall Library transitioned from Voyager to Alma, which proved beneficial during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. Alma’s Cloud-based system allowed the library’s staff to work remotely, ensuring that the process of acquiring materials and providing access to them went smoothly. The Linda Hall Library staff sees “similar advantages with Rapido,” explains Jane Davis. Transitioning from their resource-sharing management software ILLiad, Linda Hall Library is partnering with Rapido to develop net-lender workflows integrated with Alma.
